消聲器是指對于同時具有噪聲傳播的氣流管道,可以用附有吸聲襯里的管道及彎頭或利用截面積突然改變及其他聲阻抗不連續(xù)的管道等降噪器件,使管道內(nèi)噪聲得到衰減或反射回去。前者稱為阻性消聲器,后者稱為抗性消聲器,也有阻抗復(fù)合式的消聲

1、適用于各類蒸汽安全閥用的TA型蒸汽安全閥消聲器
適用于電站鍋爐安全閥(動力釋放閥)、鍋筒安全閥及過熱器安全閥、再熱器安全閥等壓力裝置的安全門。其蒸汽放空既應(yīng)避免過大的噪聲,更應(yīng)讓汽流順利排出而不影響安全閥的排量、起跳和回座,為此,以往常見的多級節(jié)流及小孔噴注的消聲降音手段即不宜采用,這種限制歷來是安全閥消聲器的設(shè)計難點,也是安全門消聲器消聲效果差的原因。新型用于安全閥的TA型安全閥排汽消聲器采用了噴阻抗復(fù)合型消聲原理,其中以大孔擴容代替了直徑較小的控流孔,在結(jié)構(gòu)上更加強化了抗性和阻性消聲降音機理,達到了安全系數(shù)更高的消聲降噪效果。
2、適用于鍋爐等蒸汽設(shè)備的TB型點火排氣消聲器
TB型鍋爐點火排汽消聲器綜合了PB型排汽(氣)消聲器比較合理的消聲原理所設(shè)計。高壓蒸汽在消聲器內(nèi)經(jīng)一次控流后進入降壓體,經(jīng)大容積再次擴容降壓后,往往會因排汽偏離設(shè)計值等諸多原因,使排氣噪聲仍然高于標準值。為此,在降壓體外設(shè)計了組合型多材料復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的阻聲吸音罩,復(fù)合阻聲吸音罩是根據(jù)降壓體所噴出的剩余噪聲的頻譜特性所設(shè)計,用以有效地吸收剩余噪聲。當用戶按要求安裝后,總消聲量可達36~42分貝。
3、適用于各類低溫低壓熱力裝置的TD型低壓蒸汽消聲器
在各工礦企業(yè)使用著大量0.13Mpa及以下的低壓鍋爐,在電站熱力系統(tǒng)中也有著大量的低壓熱力裝置,如背壓式汽輪機、除氧器、輔助抽氣器、汽輪油泵、鍋爐連續(xù)排污、定期排污等。上述設(shè)備按排汽管要求,配置結(jié)構(gòu)輕便、安裝更為方便的消聲器。針對不同的消聲對象,設(shè)計有專用的TDb型背壓式汽輪機排汽消聲器、TDy型除氧器消聲器及其它系列消聲降音產(chǎn)品,可滿足用戶的要求。
4、適用于鍋爐試車吹掃及工業(yè)管道安裝檢修后的TC型沖管專用消聲器
TC型管道沖管消聲器,是為降低電站鍋爐試車吹掃時沖管管道出口雜物排出及廢氣排放產(chǎn)生的噪聲而研制開發(fā)的一類專用型排氣消聲降噪設(shè)備。也可用于其它工業(yè)管道和民用管道安裝或檢修后沖管消聲降音及清除雜物。
