Environmental pollution is the enemy of health, high-intensity noise will harm people's health, causing physical or mental illness. Noise affects the quality of sleep, leading to dizziness, insomnia, memory loss, inattention and other Neurasthenia, long-term Insomnia can cause depression and other mental illness. Pregnant women in the long-term more than 85 decibel noise environment easy to cause miscarriage, premature birth, fetus in a strong noise environment will affect brain development, easy to form mentally retarded. As for the digestive system, eating at high noise level may cause excessive contraction of the capillary Mucosa, resulting in decreased secretion of saliva and gastric juice, loss of appetite, indigestion, and susceptibility to peptic ulcer and peptic ulcer. Studies have shown that prolonged exposure to noise above 85 decibels can cause damage to the auditory system, headaches, memory loss, disorders of the sympathetic nervous system and mental instability. When the noise is above 90 decibels, people can not think and talk, can not work properly, and their metabolism is affected. Long-term work in strong noise environment will be seriously impaired hearing, and even deaf. Strong noise makes people's heart beat faster, blood pressure rise, easy to cause a heart attack. Noise of 70 decibels can increase the risk of coronary heart disease by 30 per cent, and 100 decibels can raise blood pressure by 15 per cent, which is dangerous for people with heart disease or high blood pressure. Loud noise can also cause death.
